Fast Food Dieting for a Healthy Body and a Stronger Marriage

If you would like to maintain a healthy body along with agood marriage then do not consume fast food.  Yep, that isright - I’m sure you’ll understand what I mean shortly when I state that fast food addiction raises onesprobability of requiring divorce lawyers.

Fast food makes you accumulate weight like nothing else.  That’s simply because it is packed with badfats and sugar.

As your arteries block up with fat your entire system begins to go down hill, yet that is certainly not the only destroyer.

Think of the stress it causes on your wallet. The averagefast food meal costs roughly $7.  Now if you’re in the practice of upsizingit’ll probably cost you $7.60 - yep, twice the fat for 10% addedcost.  Now that is value!

For a family of perhaps, 2 grown ups and threekids, that’s a meal cost of $35.  Add to that an additional $5 forvehicle expenses to get to the fast food outlet and back again and that’san overall total meal expense of more than $40.

So now, compare that with the alternative option of purchasingsome healthy food ingredients from your grocery store. That maycost you, say, $15 in order to feed two adults and 3 kids andpossibly 30-40 minutes to cook the food.

Alright, I can understand that it is not as convenient aspurchasing fast food, however the outcome of habituallyconsuming fast food is not that convenient either.

For a start, there is $25 you are saving on every single fast food family meal.  For an addict, that adds up to $100 every week or $5000 every year.  In addition to that there’s thecost to your health and fitness.

The pressure of financial stress is a big contributor todivorce, and as you can see, having a fast foodaddiction will contribute substantially to that stress. Could you visualizeas an alternative committing $5000 per year intoyour marriage and family?

What about having a $5000 yearly pay cut in exchange for some more holiday time.  This way you may get to spend some real timetogether and not become strangers beneath the same roof.

Just what else could you do with another $5000 per12 months?  Settle the mortgage a lot more quickly? Take yourhusband or wife out to some fine restaurant every fortnight and paying ababy sitter so that you are able to have some ‘together’ time?

So now I am sure you’ll comprehend.  If you would like afantastic marriage and want to keep the family lawyers away, keep away from fast food.  It is going to be much better for your body, your financesand your marriage.

Fast Food Dieting for a Healthy Body and a Better Marriage

If you would like to maintain a healthy entire body along with agood marriage then don’t consume fast food.  Yep, that isright - I’m certain you’ll comprehend exactly what I mean shortly when I state that fast food obsession increases oneschance of needing divorce lawyers.

Fast food makes you build up body fat like nothing else.  That’s simply because it is loaded with badfats and sugar.

As your arteries clog up with fat your entire body starts to go down hill, but that’s certainly not the only destroyer.

Consider the stress it leads to on your finances. The averagefast food dinner costs about $7.  Now if you are in the practice of upsizingit’ll probably cost you $7.60 - yes, twice the fat for 10% addedcost.  Now that’s value!

For a household of say, two grown ups and threechildren, that’s a meal expense of $35.  Add to that another $5 forcar expenses to get to the fast food store and back and that’san overall total meal expense of over $40.

Now, compare that with the alternative option of purchasingsome healthy food ingredients from the grocery store. That maycost you, say, $15 in order to feed two adults and 3 kids andperhaps 30-40 minutes to prepare the meal.

Ok, I can understand that it is not as convenient asbuying fast food, however the consequence of habituallyconsuming fast food isn’t that convenient either.

To begin with, there is $25 you’re conserving on each and every fast food family meal.  For an addict, that adds up to as much as $100 every week or $5000 per 12 months.  On top of that there is the actualcost to your health and fitness.

The demand of financial stress is often a large factor inseparation and divorce, and as you are able to see, having a fast foodaddiction will contribute substantially to that stress. Could you imagineas an alternative investing $5000 every year intoyour marriage and family?

What about taking a $5000 annual pay cut in return for some more annual leave time.  That way you might be able to spend some real timetogether and not become strangers under the same roof.

Just what else might a person do with another $5000 peryear?  Pay off the mortgage much faster? Take yourspouse out to a fine restaurant every fortnight and paying ababysitter so that you can have some ‘together’ time?

So now I am sure you’ll understand.  If you would like agreat marriage and wish to keep the family lawyers away, stay away from fast food.  It is going to be much better for your body, your financesand your marriage.
