Jason Ferrugia’s Latest Muscle Building System-Triple Threat Muscle
Can I first just say that I am almost always discusted (99% of the time) with the totla junk that is marketed to us in the health and fitness world.. There are a very few muscle building programs out there I have bothered to review and that I recommend. (I can count them on one hand) One of those muscle building systems that I really liked was written by jason ferruggia. Well Jason has written a new muscle gaining and body fat shredding workout porgram he calls triple threat muscle.
Ferruggia takes a new approach in triple threat muscle, not just concentrating on build size but getting lean and ripped too. This isn’t a body building workout, it is written from a tried and true old school lifter who trains professional athletes in their off season.
This program will make a stronger bigger body overall but will also get you shredded. Ferruggia makes sure of this by incorperating what he calls finishers at the end of the workouts in triple threat muscle.What finishers are, are short duration high intensity cardio programs usually using dynamic full body movements or plyometrics instead of boring treadmills.
Long experience through my own training as well as training clients I can say without a doubt the principles of Jason Ferrugia’s triple threat muscle are right on in my opinion.
